Reserve Ammiq Cuv��e has the main characteristics of a Cabernet Sauvignon, rich in tannins with dark fruit aroma and black pepper flavour. With the Cinsault and Carignan we add colour, acidity and lower the alcohol to have a greater sugar/acidity balance.
