Before purchasing a jewelry repair option, please email us at with detailedphotos, and a description of your repair. Please include any information regarding when and where the item was purchased, if you have it.

We will then let you know what needsto be done torepair your jewelry, and which repair option you shouldpurchase. After your purchase is compete, we will email you a repair return authorization, with further instructions, to include with your shipment.

Most repairs will cost between $15-$35. Should your repair cost more, we willemail you an invoice with a link to pay online.

Please note some repairs may not be feasible, and we will let you know if the piece cannot be repaired.This is sometimes the case with broken stones, or items that cannot be replaced anymore. We will give you other options, if possible.
